These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Poly Market Maker desktop application and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. This is boilerplate intended as a starting point — review it with your own counsel before relying on it.

1. The Service

Poly Market Maker is software that helps you provide liquidity and run quoting strategies on third-party prediction markets. It is a tool only. We do not custody funds, execute trades on your behalf without your configuration, or provide brokerage services.

2. Eligibility & your accounts

You must be legally permitted to trade on the markets you connect to, and you are responsible for maintaining your own Polymarket US account and API access. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your credentials.

3. No financial advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We make no representation that any strategy will be profitable. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid features are offered on a subscription basis billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
